What makes this one unusual is not the shape but the finish. The whole cabin is a single room. Charred timber runs from the concrete floor to the ridge on both flanks, and the gable is glazed from the deck to the peak, so the room reads as one continuous triangle. There is radiant heat under the concrete, a gas fireplace against the low wall, a queen bed at the back, and a freestanding soaking tub sitting out in the open beside it.

The kitchen is a poured concrete island — apron sink, burnt-wood cabinet face, warming drawers — and the bathroom is troweled plaster with brass fittings and a curbless rain shower. Neither is large. Both are finished to a standard that weekend cabins at this price almost never reach.

The tradeoffs are honest ones. One bed, one bath, no cooling, no laundry, and a 2,500-square-foot lot. At $623 a square foot it is priced on finish rather than volume, which is a specific bet: that the buyer wants a small, complete, rentable object minutes from two ski mountains, not more room.

It has been on Zillow 54 days, listed at $475,000 in June and reduced by $25,100 on August 11. The Zestimate is $431,800, the lot is street level, and there is no HOA.
