The numbers, plainly: $1,700,000 for 3,156 square feet across four buildings on six acres in two parcels. Three of those acres, at the address next door, are vacant and build-ready — the seller has treehouse and hobbit-house plans drawn for them. Taxes ran about $3,560. There is no HOA, and Zillow carries no Zestimate at all, which is what happens when nothing within miles is comparable.

Two things to ask about first. The listing notes that portions may sell separately under a POA, so the boundary between the four cabins, the shared amenities and the vacant land is the thing to pin down before anything else. And the listing agent discloses an ownership interest in the property — properly disclosed, but worth knowing before you call.
